Big Sean went on Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club” this morning to discuss many things in his life, including his music, his collaboration with Eminem, and his relationship with his current girlfriend and singer, Ariana Grande.
One of the things that was discussed was the “IDFWU” single, which was produced by Kanye West and DJ Mustard. Although the song is a current smash hit, it was NOT meant for Naya Rivera. “I vividly remember playing it for that person,” he said. “It wasn’t no diss song.” In addition, he is currently working on his third album, which will feature Chris Brown on it.
He also discussed the recent collaboration with Eminem on the single, “Detroit Vs. Everybody,” and they plan to shoot a video for the SHADYXV song in Detroit. He also mentioned how there is possibility of another song together sometime in the future.
But, he couldn’t get away without answering questions about the relationship with Grande. He also talked about how the two met at Wango Tango and how he loved how she knew the words to “Gang Bang.” He even had this to say about the rumors of his girlfriend getting carried around:
“That’s ridiculous. I’ma dead that right now. That’s not even true.”
Then of course, what is a show without the argument with Charlamagne and Big Sean getting into it and Big Sean almost threatening to beat his…well, you get the next the thing.
