Brooklyn Nets Held Moment of Silence for Slained Officers

Before the game began, Brooklyn Nets took the time to have a moment of silence for the New York Police Department officers, who were murdered while on duty. Those in attendance, as well as Brooklyn Nets players and members of the NBA organization took the time for a few moments to remember the slained law enforcement officers. In addition, officers Mark Cava and Jason Muller stood in silence as they remember their co-workers, who were killed in revenge of the murders of Eric Garner and Michael Brown.
